DIGICEL (TONGA) CELEBRATES QUEENS BIRTHDAY.

Thursday 26th May 2011:  Different foreign outfits were worn by many women to the Queen’s theme tea party at the residents of the President of the Free Wesleyan Church of Tonga.

Digicel (Tonga) was truly honored to be part of a historical occasion honoring Her Majesty Queen Mother Halaevalu Mata’aho’s 85th birthday.

Digicel (Tonga) Commercial Manager Jack Bourke says “We were fortunate participate and to provide a 20 set of umbrellas for the tea party as part of our small token for Her Majesty Birthday celebration”.

The Queen Mother Halaevalu Mata’aho was joined by her daughter Princess Salote Mafile’o Pilolevu Tuita and niece Princess Siulikutapu. Other guests included her grandchildren Honorable Fatafehi ‘o Lapaha Tuita and Honorable Salote Maumautaimi Tuku’aho.

A line of entertainment was set up by the women at the Tea Party of loud music, poetry reading and live dances performed by some of the villages in Tongatapu.
