02nd June 2010 - Nuku’alofa: DigiTV extends it’s commitment by providing a mixture of international and local contentof programming catering to all in the Kingdom by teaming up with Taimi Media Network’s Free to Air TV2.
Since its launch, DigiTV has extensively invested in upgrading its system to produce a high definition affordable product for the people of Tonga. DigiTV currently offers a choice of three affordable enterainment pre-paid packages namely the DigiLite, Digifamily and Digimax with varying price ranges for Customers to choose from.
Along with benefits such as high definition picture quality, stereo sound and a brand new content, DigiTV through its collaboration with TMN TV2 now can offer a free to air TV Channel that would allow DigiTV Cable Box owners to stay updated with local news and entertainment even if they are not subscribed for the month.

Starting in June TMN TV2 can be found on DigiTV’s Smile of a Child channel from 4pm to 12am daily. DigiTV will also be featuring every match from the FIFA world cup live.
