DIGINET EXPANDS COVERAGE THROUGH NIUTOUA.
Digicel Tonga has expanded part of its Radio Area Network to cover the village of Niutoua, also known as ‘The village where the sun rise’ far from the busy capital of Nuku’alofa on the eastern side of Tonagatapu.
Wednesday 19 October 2011: Today DigiNET is offering superior coverage, great value and best service bringing their exciting offers to the village. The installation of the new equipment will boost the already available coverage to the eastern side of Tongatapu, providing high speed connections at great rates, through Digicel’s Bigger Better Network.
DigiNET is celebrating the expansion by offering new subscribers in the area the chance to win 2 free months of internet during the month of October. Also if you buy a DigiHOME for $39 with your DigiNET connection you will receive $39 credit.
CEO Stephen Bannon remarked: ‘This is great time to be getting on board with DigiNET. We are continually expanding our coverage and improving our Core Network, so we can provide the best possible service and price to our customers. At the end of the day the user experience is the most important factor for us.’
DigiNET is committed to improving their network through expansion and regular upgrades, with this latest addition covering Niutoua following the implementation of major networking equipment earlier this year.
As the network coverage increases, more and more DigiNET Customers are staying connected with their families and friends using Tonga’s only Flat monthly fee wireless internet service.
