DIGINET EXPANDS COVERAGE THROUGH NIUTOUA.

Digicel Tonga has expanded part of its Radio Area Network to cover the village of Niutoua, also known as ‘The village where the sun rise’ far from the busy capital of Nuku’alofa on the eastern side of Tonagatapu.
