FREE CREDIT GIVE AWAYS FOR HEALTH!

Monday 30th May 2011: A huge group of supporters gathered at Teufaiva Stadium on Monday evening all geared up to join Digicel and Tonga Health in support of the smoke free walk campaign.

Tonga Health have turned to Digicel for support to assist in promoting their five year health campaign for no smoking; no alcohol; healthy eating and physical activity.

Digicel (Tonga) Commercial Manager Jack Bourke says “The welfare of our Tongan community is a priority for us here at Digicel. We are leading the way in technology and we also need to lead the way in promoting healthy living. Through supporting the Tonga Health initiatives, we can assure the people of Tonga that health issues are being dealt with in an effective and efficient manner, ensuring a healthier lifestyle for all!”

The smoke free walk campaign was to commemorate the World No Tobacco Day which will be commemorated on the 31st of May, 2011. Digicel have dedicated themselves to supporting Healthy living in Tonga with Tonga Health for the next 5 years.
