DIGICEL (TONGA) SHARES THEIR THOUGHTS FOR FATHERS DAY.

Thursday 19th May, 2011: Digicel (Tonga) celebrates Father’s Day with thousands of Fans of their ‘Digicel Tonga’ Facebook page. Prizes including free Credit, Digicel Mobile Handsets, t-shirts, caps and cash are offered daily on the fan page, with special competitions a regular highlight.

One of the lucky winners, Lisiate Schaaf won a Mooli T313 mobile phone after entering the ‘Best Father Comment Competition’ on the Digicel Tonga fan page.  Mr Schaaf one the competition after gaining the most ‘likes’ on his comment. Facebook offers members the opportunity to show support for status updates, comments, photos, etc. by ‘liking’ them, with a simple click of a mouse.

The BEST FATHER COMMENT took the popular facebook fan page by storm, offering the opportunity for Digicel Tonga Fans to show their love and support for all the fathers of Tonga. Being able to share their comments in the popular public forum only added to the excitement and interest in the competition. Fans of the page had the opportunity to view other’s comments and cast their votes by ‘liking’ them

The winner, with the most ‘likes’, received a free Mooli T313 mobile phone, collected at Digicel (Tonga) main office situated at Hala Fatafehi. The competition commenced on Wednesday 11th of May and closed on Saturday 14th of May, 2011 at 12 midnight.
