DREAMS DO COME TRUE, THANKS TO DIGICEL (TONGA)

 

Tuesday 12th July 2011: Digicel have made dreams come true for talented rugby players in Tonga by providing rugby jerseys to 14 Premier Teams registered for the Digicel Cup Tournament. There are also prizes and rugby essentials such as rugby post pads, rugby balls, and referee flags, to encourage the development of the sport in Tonga.

Paul Stafford, CEO for Digicel (Tonga) and Jack Bourke presented the Rugby jerseys to the 14 Premier Teams at ‘Atele Stadium. There was a lot of excitement from the team players as well as their supporters as each team receives their new Digicel branded jersey.

 

Jack Bourke, Digicel (Tonga) Commercial Manager says “ We are committed to Rugby in the Kingdom and look forward to seeing the countries future stars on the professional circuit”.

 

The Digicel Cup will continue to develop and foster Rugby for years to come.
