To top up your Digicel FLEX account:
- Press *121*Voucher number#
- Press SEND and check the screen on your phone for confirmation.
To check your balance:
- Press *120#
- Press SEND and check the screen on your phone for your balance.
To check service or airtime expiry:
- Press *124#
- Press SEND and check the screen on your phone.
For Customer Care dial 123 from your Digicel Mobile.
